The prize for winning the competition was a trip to California where she filmed two classes for Pilates Anytime, attended the 2011 Pilates Method Alliance conference in Palm Desert, and took part in a photoshoot with Pilates Style Magazine. Zayna was featured in the January / February 2012 edition of the Pilates Style Magazine.

Zayna Gold has been teaching group fitness classes and Pilates privates since 1982. Zayna's primary certification is with Power Pilates and she is also a Balanced Body Barre and Anatomy in Three Dimensions Faculty member.

Zayna is based in Boston, Massachusetts and in 1989 she founded Boston Body Pilates which now operates out of four locations. Since 1998, she has been exclusively teaching Pilates Mat classes, Group Apparatus, and Chair classes, as well as seeing private clients. In addition to the annual Pilates retreat she holds in Mexico, Zayna is an instructor at Balanced Body: Pilates on Tour.
